Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the vip0 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and customer support channels provided through the vip0 website and any related mobile interfaces. By registering an account or placing a wager on vip0, you enter into a binding legal agreement with vip0 and acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

vip0 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, vip0 will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the vip0 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and vip0. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the vip0 platform.

1. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the vip0 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. vip0 applies a minimum age of 21 in line with responsible gaming standards for the Bangladesh market.
• You are a natural person and are not acting on behalf of any legal entity, business, or third party.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of an employee of vip0 or any of its associated service providers.
• You have not previously been excluded from vip0 or self-excluded through the platform's responsible gaming tools.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming on vip0, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one vip0 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under the name of another person, is strictly prohibited.
• All registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You must notify vip0 promptly if any of your registered details change.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. vip0 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials.

• vip0 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other stage at vip0's discretion. KYC documentation may include a valid Bangladeshi National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.

vip0 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misuse of bonuses, or breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the account holder, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at vip0's discretion.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

vip0 supports deposits and withdrawals through locally trusted payment channels. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. vip0 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods. Deposits originating from third-party sources may be reversed and the account subjected to review.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution.
• vip0 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside vip0's control. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the platform's payment section. These limits are subject to change and may vary by payment method, account tier, or promotional period.

vip0 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, vip0 may request additional documentation before releasing funds. Players are advised to ensure that all account details and payment methods are current and accurate to avoid delays.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

vip0 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds. Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits are stated on each offer's terms page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device or IP address. Attempting to claim a new player bonus on a second account will result in both accounts being suspended.
• vip0 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled before wagering is complete, any bonus funds and winnings derived from those bonus funds will be removed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds may not be used to place bets on restricted markets or game types as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup are subject to the same general bonus terms unless specific terms for that promotion explicitly state otherwise. Promotional periods have fixed start and end dates; late claims will not be accepted.

vip0 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: using automated software to exploit bonuses, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a return regardless of outcome, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, vip0 will void all associated winnings and close the account.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

vip0 is committed to providing a fair , transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip0 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not intended for human play.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating bets in live dealer games, sharing hole cards in poker variants, or any other form of cooperative play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any winnings arising from a software error or technical fault are void and will not be paid out. vip0 must be notified immediately upon discovering any such error.
• Money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawal without genuine gaming activity, or using vip0 as a mechanism to transfer or obscure the origin of funds.
• Fraudulent chargebacks, reversed payments, or any attempt to recover funds that have been legitimately wagered and lost. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

Violations of the fair play policy will result in account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and a permanent ban from the vip0 platform. vip0 reserves the right to report suspected criminal conduct, including money laundering and fraud, to relevant authorities.

6. Responsible Gaming

vip0 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. All players are encouraged to use the platform's responsible gaming tools, which are available at no charge from within account settings:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your vip0 account.
• Loss limits: set a cap on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is temporarily suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session time limits and reality checks: set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.

7. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the vip0 platform or its content beyond the limited licence to use the platform as a registered account holder for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the vip0 platform content without prior written permission from vip0. Unauthorised use of vip0 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vip0 and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if vip0 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vip0 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In the event of a system failure that results in the incorrect settlement of bets or games, vip0 reserves the right to void affected bets and re-settle them in accordance with the correct result. vip0's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vip0 account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

vip0 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested, or provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent identification documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity in connection with account use.
• At the request of the account holder, including voluntary self-exclusion or account closure requests submitted through the platform's responsible gaming tools or customer support.

Upon account closure initiated by the account holder in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, the balance may be withheld pending investigation.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

vip0 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account on vip0, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein.

vip0 implements SSL encryption across all account and transaction data. Personal data is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely for the purpose of delivering and securing the platform's services to you, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments to These Terms

vip0 may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, vip0 will provide notice to registered account holders by email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the vip0 platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support. Closure requests submitted prior to the effective date of an amendment will be processed under the pre-amendment Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. vip0 makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of vip0 complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute with vip0, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. vip0 aims to resolve all complaints within five business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, the dispute may be referred to an independent third-party adjudicator.
